At Beacon Luxury Living, pets are always welcome. Our pet-friendly community offers space for your four-legged companions to stretch their legs, explore, and enjoy the relaxed New Smyrna Beach lifestyle right alongside you. With comfortable apartment homes and convenient pet amenities, both you and your pets will feel right at home. 

Beacon Pet Policy 

  • Pet fee - $400 per pet 
  • Pet rent - $25/month per pet 

Breed restrictions on dogs (no aggressive breeds such as pitbull, rottweiler, chow- chow, Staffordshire terrier, bull terrier, and bulldog), no exotic animals. Maximum is 3 pets per apartment.
